Convert angel interest into
committed investment.

Investors have seen your deck. Show them your traction.

You have a product in market. In two intensive days, we'll help you structure what you have, plan your next 90 days, and say it clearly, in your own words, not AI's. Then get a chance to pitch to angels.

WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH

Two days.
Four things you can use on Monday.

The Bootcamp is built to be valuable even if you never pitch to an angel.

Your #1 growth constraint

The single most important obstacle holding your startup back, named and prioritized.

A testable execution plan

What to validate, what to stop doing, and the actions to take next.

An evidence roadmap

The proof you need to build, for your customers and for investors.

A case in your own words

Your startup and plan, articulated clearly by you, not by AI, so angels can commit to it.

WHERE MOST FOUNDERS ARRIVEA product in market and a deck, but a long list of possible next steps and no clear way to decide which one matters most.
→
AFTER TWO DAYSA clear next move, a plan to test it, and the evidence you'll show investors.
THE REAL CHALLENGE

Building isn't the hard part.
Deciding what's next is.

The challenge isn't just building something. It's figuring out what deserves to be built, tested and pursued next, and explaining it with enough clarity that someone will back you.

Limited time

You can't test everything. You need to know what matters most.

Limited money

Every experiment has to earn its place in your runway.

Limited information

Your assumptions need evidence before you bet on them.

THE BOOTCAMP · NOV 19–20

Intensive, hands-on, and
entirely about your startup.

No lectures about other people's companies. You work on yours, challenge what you think you know, and leave with decisions made.

DAY 1

Find what matters most

Pressure-test your assumptions, customer and market, and pinpoint your biggest constraint.

DAY 2

Build a plan you can prove

Turn it into experiments, a 90-day plan, and a case you can articulate to angels.

WHY SEATS ARE LIMITED

Because the work is personal

Every founder works intensively on their own startup, so we keep the group small and review every application.
